Window Cleaning – Commercial
High level window cleaning is carried out using water fed pole systems,mobile platforms and harness.
Interior cleaning is carried with care paying particular attention to your workplace, protective shoes are worn and sheeting placed on delicate floors and work desks.
Cleaning can be carried out early mornings and or at weekends to minimise any disruption to your workplace.
We offer a complete service including traditional ladder work, harness and pure water pole systems up to 75’. Method statements and risk assessments are supplied for all jobs.
Window Cleaning – Domestic
For residential clients we provide an appointment service which includes early starts from 6am and weekends.
All internal glass can be cleaned including interior conservatory roofs.
Whether you’re in a one bedroom apartment, townhouse or a large country mansion we are able to offer cost effective solutions for your window cleaning.
All our operatives wear protective overshoes and place protective sheeting on floors as needed.
UPVC soffits and fascias can also be cleaned upon request.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutters can accumulate a lot of debris, mostly leaves and twigs over winter which will inevitably cause clogs and overflow causing standing water to damage fascias and the sub roofing in your property.
We provide a gutter cleaning service using a skyvac system that sucks this away. With an onboard camera with monitor ensuring nothing gets left behind.
Communal Area Cleaning
We offer property management companies and residents associations a full cleaning and grounds maintenance service which includes the cleaning of all communal areas, light bulb replacements, upkeep of grass and border areas. Pathway and car park area clearance. Key holding services available.
